As executives, we were accustomed to bringing in consultants ourselves; usually in an episodic manner and usually to address a singular issue. If the engagement was effective, at best it solved that singular problem. Our model is to help our clients create integrated, scalable and sustainable growth. We do this by focusing on factors many companies look past hoping to find the silver bullet, innovative initiatives that propel their growth. It’s a trap many companies fall into, putting a shiny new exterior on a home (product or service) they are trying to sell, while ignoring the upgrade needed on the foundation (value proposition), plumbing and wiring (people, talent and culture).
