Passionate •  Focused  •  Dependable

Ray prides himself on finding solutions and building longstanding relationships. Ray grew up in a small New England town in Connecticut, primarily rooted in blue-collar work ethics and focused on family and relationships. Ray put his focus and determination to work along with his passion for basketball, reaching the 1,000 point plateau in just two years and becoming an All State player his senior year in high school. Ray went on as a freshman to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, where he set several of the freshman scoring records. Having received a scholarship and having a chance to be closer to home Ray finished his b-ball career at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, “it was the right thing to do for me.” Today the foundation bearing his family name, with a mission of helping children in need, gives back to his boyhood hometown. Steve Voss

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Balanced • Disciplined • Focused

Steve prides himself on growing up in Pittsburgh in a generation that played sports “in season,” and in a manner when resourcefulness, ingenuity, and sheer will were part of the game. From makeshift skateboard ramps, to whiffle-ball games until Mom called him in for dinner, to finding enough players to field a team, the drive was to play; the challenge was to find a way.

This drive and Steve’s knack for finding solutions has served him well throughout his career that spans over 30 years in executive management and corporate development. His strengths include executive financial oversight, private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate integration, and treasury. During his tenure, Steve and his team supported multiple successful recapitalization transactions, including leveraged transactions, that generated more than $5 billion in shareholder wealth.

Steve and Ennoble Partners will bring their combined experiences and expertise to provide you and your organization the Path to your Purpose.

Steve currently lives in Sandbridge, Virginia with his wife, Nancy.
